Become a vital part of the hospitality team as a Guest Experience Associate at Formula Fig. This part-time role blends exceptional guest service with skincare expertise, requiring weekend availability to elevate every customer interaction.
In this critical position, you will serve as the first and last point of contact for guests in our Fig Bars. Connect with customers while discussing memberships, treatments, and products, translating those connections into sales. You will report to the Fig Bar Manager and collaborate across departments to enhance our guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage check-in/out
• Educate guests on memberships and skincare products




• Collaborate with Skin Educators for follow-up treatments
• Assist with daily Fig Bar tasks and organization
• Participate in community-building events at the Fig Bar
Requirements:
