Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide information about shows and amenities
• Confirm identification to meet legal age requirements
• Assess guest safety throughout the venue and address issues




• Scan and validate tickets efficiently for event entry
• Assist individuals with special access needs for all events
Requirements:
• Strong customer service orientation and keen attention to detail
• Experience in hospitality preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to remain calm and effective during busy events
• Versatile schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to service
