Full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available, ending October 15, 2026.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items in a quick-paced food truck environment.
- Work quickly and accurately during high-volume service while maintaining food quality and consistency.
- Set up, stock, and maintain the line before and during service.
- Assist with food prep, portioning, inventory rotation, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and all food safety and sanitation procedures.




- Keep the food truck, workstation, equipment, and shared areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate and work closely with a small team to support smooth daily operations.
- Stay calm, professional, and positive during busy periods or unexpected challenges.
- Perform cleaning, closing, and other operational duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous kitchen, food prep or fast food experience is an asset.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.
- Able to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-based environment.
- Comfortable working in a small food truck or compact kitchen space.
- Food Safe certification is an asset.

The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
