Running the press. That’s the bulk of it. Overseeing the production schedule and keeping jobs moving. Improving and developing how we do things. This one matters as much as the printing. Pitching in across production. Small company, everybody wears a few hats. It’s full-time. Our production team works

Tuesday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM , so it’s a four day week. Experience running an automatic press. For this role it’s a requirement, not a nice to have. Strong communication and a positive attitude is critical! Comfortable with computers, technology, and ‘the cloud’. Attention to Detail & Critical Thinking are major key. An interest in Continuous Improvement. We are a Lean facility, and we love Kaizen. A ‘learn-it-all’ attitude. Every member of a small team wears many hats. Never run an auto before?
