The role focuses on pick-and-place units, stencil printers, and reflow ovens, with emphasis on throughput and defect avoidance.

Afternoon shift offers a $0.75/hour differential. Responsibilities include feeding components, AOI/X-Ray inspection, solder paste handling, and line upkeep.
