Job Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner items
- Follow standard recipes to ensure consistent quality and portion control
- Assist in menu preparation, including daily specials and casual dining items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with food ordering and storage
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
- Work efficiently in a quick-paced environment serving hotel guests and local customers




- Support team members and assist with basic kitchen prep and closing duties

Requirements

- Completion of secondary school is typically required.
- 2+ years of experience as a cook.

Conditions

- Wage: $17.00-$18.00 per hour (negotiated) and 5.77% of vacation pay
- Working hours: 30–40 hours per week.
- Location: 200 Pacific Avenue, Watson, SK S0K 4V0
