Creative Content Designer, Video Editor & Content Strategist

TRT Tech is looking for a Creative Content Designer, Video Editor & Content Strategist to create engaging graphics, videos, and digital content for our company and clients. The role combines graphic design, video editing, social media content planning, and content strategy.

TRT Tech is a Canadian technology and digital services company specializing in website design and development, digital solutions, and creative services.

We are seeking a creative and dependable professional to support the development of high-quality visual content, video materials, and content strategies for TRT Tech and its clients. This role is suited to someone who can combine design and video-production skills with thoughtful content planning and a strong understanding of digital platforms.

Position Overview

The Creative Content Designer, Video Editor & Content Strategist will be responsible for producing engaging visual and video content while contributing to content planning and campaign development.

The successful candidate will work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams. Priorities, timelines, and project expectations will be communicated clearly, and team members will be encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and contribute to the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

- Create professional graphics and visual content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, advertisements, and other digital video content.
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives,



and audience needs.
- Plan and maintain organized social media content calendars.
- Research platform trends, audience behaviour, and emerging content opportunities.
- Develop content strategies for different platforms, campaigns, and target audiences.
- Write and refine content concepts, hooks, captions, scripts, and campaign ideas.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity, messaging, tone, and overall brand presentation.
- Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and project teams throughout the content-production process.
- Review content performance and recommend practical improvements based on available data and insights.
- Organize project files, creative assets, source materials, and final deliverables.
- Manage assigned projects responsibly and communicate early when requirements, priorities, or deadlines need clarification.

Expectations

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Demonstrated ability in graphic design and video editing.
- A portfolio containing relevant graphic-design, video-editing, or digital-content work.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms, content formats, and current digital-content practices.
- Solid creative thinking, visual storytelling, and concept-development skills.
- Ability to translate a project brief or campaign objective into effective visual and video content.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or comparable software.




- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of brand consistency.
- Ability to organize multiple assignments, manage priorities, and meet agreed-upon deadlines.
- Openness to constructive feedback and the ability to revise work based on project requirements.
- Ability to work independently while communicating and collaborating effectively with the wider team.
- Previous experience in a technology company, creative agency, marketing team, or digital-services environment is considered an asset.
