In this role, you'll contribute to making the store an exciting place for shoppers during the festive period. The position involves expertly managing customer transactions and actively promoting loyalty programs offered by CBH. You'll be supported by leadership to ensure both operational excellence and a fun atmosphere in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quickly and accurately process customer transactions
• Meet specified CBH Credit Card and email capture targets
• Respond respectfully to customer inquiries
• Keep the cashwrap area tidy and stocked
• Assist in maintaining an engaging sales floor
Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred
• Effective communication skills required
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more with assistance
• Available weekends after Thanksgiving and during Christmas
• Part time availability for two weekend days and one weekday
