including hiring and managing the teamDevelop and implement the systems and data security strategyCollaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment between the business strategy and the technology strategyStay abreast of emerging technology trendsLiaise with technology partners and vendorsProfile:DEC/BAC in IT, software engineeringor equivalent10+ years of experience in IT, ideally in software development3+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of the latest technologies, security, and web standardsExperience in designing, managing, and deploying SaaS applicationsExperience building and managing software development/R&D; teamsExperience in the Fintech industry (a plus)Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skillsLeadership, entrepreneurial spirit, results-orientedTeam player, natural leader capable of guiding and developing team membersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
