GardaWorld is seeking highly motivated and skilled Tactical Security Guards to provide a safe and secure environment for clients, visitors, staff, and the public.

This role requires a strong security presence, excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Pay Rate: $19.31/Hour

Schedule: FULL TIME continental rotation; two weeks days then two weeks nights.

Shift Timings: 08:00-20:00 (nights) & 20:00-08:00 (days)

Responsibilities for a Tactical Security Guard in Bancroft

- Ensure the safety of people and property
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors
- Enforce safety procedures and standards
- Escort and assist staff/visitors as needed

Qualifications for a Tactical Security Guard in Bancroft

- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid security license
- First aid certification required
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
- Ability to pass Use of Force and NVCI
