Cantina Mercatto , our location in the Financial District, is currently looking for Hosts to join our team. If you’re friendly, organized, and enjoy creating a welcoming first impression for every guest, we’d love to meet you.

Who You Are

- Personable and naturally great at connecting with people
- Observant and attentive, with an eye for detail and guest flow
- Clear and welcoming in your communication, bringing positive energy to the team
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Eager to learn grow, and contribute to a team

What You’ll Do

- Create a warm, welcoming first impression from the moment guests arrive
- Manage reservations and walk-ins to support a smooth, well-paced dining room
- Communicate closely with servers, management, and the kitchen to keep service flowing




- Answer phones and provide information about the restaurant
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready host stand and entrance
- Support and help organize Uber delivery orders as needed
