As a key member of the promotion team, you will report to the Manager of Athletic Operations, assisting in the execution of Wolves Athletic events. Your tasks will include promoting the varsity teams, engaging with attendees, and setting up necessary equipment. A friendly and outgoing personality is essential to foster excitement for Wolves athletics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in executing Wolves athletic events and activities
• Promote campus events and engage with the student body
• Handle setup and takedown of promotional displays
• Conduct contests during game breaks for spectators
• Maintain social media updates under guidance
Requirements:
• Must be an Algonquin College Student
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Experienced in event promotion is beneficial
• Organized, responsible, and mature attitude
