Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimatesCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather essential informationPrepare and submit competitive bids and proposalsConduct risk assessments and identify cost‑saving opportunitiesMaintain a database of historical costs and vendor pricingParticipate in pre‑bid meetings and site visits as requiredEnsure estimates comply with industry standards and company policiesCollaborate with internal team and external stakeholders to price and communicate change requestsQualificationsDiploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field3+ years of experience in mechanical estimating, preferably in HVAC systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong understanding of mechanical systems, construction methods, and building codesExcellent communication, organizational,
