You will start with a $3M project for BMO in Edmonton, working primarily night shifts with a strong focus on trade management and client interactions. Your role is crucial in maintaining ongoing operations and ensuring safety while driving quality and efficiency on-site.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the 2nd shift and manage the night crew • Conduct daily handovers to the day superintendent • Run weekly trade meetings and log issues • Manage your own smaller day projects when possible • Ensure site safety and compliance with Alberta OHS

Requirements: • 5+ years in commercial construction • At least 2+ years as a superintendent • Experience with tenant improvement and fit-out projects • Proficient with Procore for project management • Valid driver’s license and transportation
