Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and grade donations to assess sellability
• Identify high-end donations for special pricing
• Track production targets and complete production sheets
• Transport items to sales floor and organize displays
• Provide exceptional customer service at cash registers
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum age of 15, eligible to work in Canada
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
• Physical stamina for continual work
