Key Holder – La Vie En Rose (Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada)

Position Overview

La Vie En Rose is a dynamic, family‑owned retailer with over 5,000 employees and more than 300 stores across Canada (plus 19 international locations). The Key Holder is a full‑time essential team member whose responsibilities include customer service, sales support, store opening & closing, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide a warm welcome to customers and help them find products.
- Explain product features, quality, and materials; suggest complementary items.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and be available throughout the day.
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals (training provided).
- Manage the sales floor in the absence of management.
- Arrange and display merchandise to create memorable shopping experiences.
- Ensure store and back‑store areas remain clean and organized.
- Stay informed about new products and share recommendations with customers.
- Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
- Adhere to policies and procedures across all departments.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the team.

Ideal Candidate

- Previous sales experience.
- Passion for clothing that celebrates feel‑positive femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Proactive,



conscientious, and dependable.
- Willingness to work holidays and extended hours during busy periods.
- Motivation to pursue a career with continual challenges.
- Bilingual capability is an asset (functional English/Spanish/ French).

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly Salary: $18.10 – $19.25 (Canadian dollars).
