You will play a key role in recruitment activities, assist with employee onboarding, and manage vital HR documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Review resumes and assist in the recruitment process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently
• Prepare documents and train recent employees
• Organize and maintain HR data and employee files
• Provide administrative support and assist with HR reports
Requirements:
• Enrollment or recent graduation in Human Resources program
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruitment cycles
