MIHKOSKIWAKAK NEHIYAWAK EDUCATION AUTHORITY seeks a Culinary Arts Instructor in Red Earth First Nation. You will provide energetic instruction while promoting food safety and cooking skills.

As a full-time instructor at MNEA, your role will focus on delivering comprehensive culinary training that prepares students for successful careers in hospitality. You will engage learners in hands-on food preparation, kitchen management, and workplace readiness, ensuring they gain practical experience and knowledge integral to their future success.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging commercial cooking and culinary classes • Teach techniques in baking, cooking, and presentation • Guide students in safe food handling practices • Maintain high standards for kitchen organization • Collaborate with industry partners to enhance student learning

Requirements: • Technical or Applied Science Certificate in related fields • 3-5 years of relevant commercial kitchen experience • Current Food Safe or similar certification • Knowledge of kitchen management practices • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
