Location: Onsite, OntarioWage: $45.00-$55.00 per hourStart Date: ASAPEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Grades Foreman to lead and manage day-to-day construction activities on commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects.The successful candidate will be responsible for running the jobsite, coordinating crews and equipment, and ensuring earthworks and grading activities are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with strong experience in earthworks, grading, footings, and cut-and-fill operations who can confidently read construction drawings and use GPS grading technology.Responsibilities Included:Overseeing crew of 4-8 people on earthworks and grading projects throughout the GTAType of work includes bulk earthmoving, grading, bulk excavations, detail excavation (foundations), road/parking lot grading, slab-on-grade grading, etc.Executing work, meeting productionsReporting daily of work executed, along with productions, employee time and safety submittalsWorking and communicating with Superintendents and Project Managers/Coordinators relative to progress and site issuesGPS experience is an assetThis position presents applicants with an opportunity to get exposure to a good working environment with experienced support, allowing for growth with a well established, well respected and growing companyHourly rate may be adjusted (+/-)
