SHERWOOD CO-OP - REQUIRES A PART-TIME BAKER. (Quance Bakery)

DUTIES:

- To perform formula calculations and prepare all varieties of mixes and dough as required.
- To be responsible for the baking cycle of all products ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- To be responsible to ensure that in all handling of all products,



high cleanliness and quality standards are maintained.
- To ensure all equipment is in good working order and properly maintained.
- To ensure proper sanitation standards are practiced in the work area.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of a recognized Commercial baking course, 1st year Bakers Apprentice or equivalent experience in scratch baking.
- Physically fit to perform heavy lifting.
- Must be bondable.
- Membership in Sherwood Co-op a prerequisite.
- Participation in direct payroll deposit program.
