Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations on the sales floor.
- Drive sales and meet individual KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
- Leverage CRM and digital tools to build and maintain client relationships and support clienteling.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to maintain customer‑centric behaviors and team performance.
- Maintain store visual standards and provide feedback on category opportunities.
- Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and training to support business results.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high‑volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Robust communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM platforms to capture customer data.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
