Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Requirements:

- Available for shift or on-call work
- Available to start on the date listed in the job posting
- Experience working in the food service field

Pay: $16.60 to $17.60 per hour (to be negotiated), 30 to 40 hours per week.
