As a facilitator, your role involves daily oversight of center operations, collaborating with educators to ensure a rich learning setting. You'll implement literacy programs and model effective parenting strategies to enhance parent-child relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily functions of the EarlyON program
• Develop and deliver parent education workshops
• Ensure high-quality,



developmentally appropriate programming
• Record and monitor attendance and program success
• Provide healthy snacks to children participating
Requirements:
• Two years’ experience in early childhood education or related fields
• Certification from the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators
• Current First Aid and CPR training
• Strong knowledge of early child development principles
• Capacity to work independently in a diverse community
