Become a Sales Associate and support our seasonal store operations. Your role focuses on merchandising, guest services, and various sales initiatives—all in a lively setting.
You'll actively support the Store Management Team in setting up the store and managing daily operations. Engaging customers and driving sales will be a large part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining an organized merchandise display. The position also requires physical stamina due to lifting and standing for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support setup and teardown for seasonal store activities
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the sales floor
• Provide exceptional service to guests
• Support sales initiatives through sign waving
• Operate the POS effectively during transactions
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Able to lift/move 50 pounds consistently
• Capable of standing/walking for long stretches
• Robust interpersonal skills
• Collaborative mindset with a sales focus
