American Eagle in Kelowna, BC, is seeking a passionate part-time Brand Ambassador. Engage with customers and enhance their shopping experience while showcasing our products.
This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy interactions and are eager to foster brand loyalty. You'll learn the AEO Selling Model and apply it to assist guests, educate them on product offerings, and share our various brand channels, including the loyalty program. Flexibility in roles across the store will also be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide insight about AE & Aerie products
• Promote the AEO loyalty program enthusiastically
• Adapt to roles in the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and more
• Proactively address and solve guest inquiries
Requirements:
• Experience in retail preferred
• Robust interpersonal skills and high energy
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Passion for AE and Aerie
