In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Culinary Services. Your key responsibilities will encompass food preparation, serving, and ensuring a pristine kitchen and dining space. Upholding resident rights and participating in quality improvement initiatives will enhance the dining experience for those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in dining setup and serve meals efficiently
• Keep cooking areas and dining spaces clean
• Participate in quality improvement programs
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings
• Help orient new dietary staff
Requirements:
• Valid Food Handler's Certificate necessary
• Prior food service experience is an asset
• Enrolled in or completed Food Service Worker Training
• Robust customer service skills needed
• Must lift heavy items and stand frequently
