The Opportunity Your Impact Starts Here - We have exciting opportunities to join our growing and collaborative team across British Columbia and Yukon, with openings for a Principal or Senior Principal Contaminated Sites Engineer or Geoscientists in Kelowna, Prince George, Terrace, and Whitehorse with flexibility to other BC and Yukon locations. In this role, you'll lead complex environmental and contaminated sites initiatives that protect communities, inform major infrastructure projects, and support resilient land and water systems. You should have 15 or more years of experience primarily in contaminated sites investigation and remediation, combined with project management experience. We can help strengthen your technical and regulatory expertise as you contribute to challenging and rewarding multidisciplinary projects. Your work will build trusted client relationships in local communities, contribute to strategic thinking, and support local business growth. Your Impact Lead complex contaminated site assessment and remediation programs, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Detailed Site Investigations, remedial options analyses, and implementation of in-situ and ex-situ remediation strategies. Oversee soil, groundwater, sediment, and vapour investigations, ensuring high-quality sampling, defensible datasets, and regulatory alignment. Develop and refine conceptual site models, remediation options analyses, remedial designs, technical specifications, and long-term monitoring strategies for industrial, mining, petroleum, and remote northern sites. Advise clients, regulators, Indigenous governments, and project partners on contaminated sites regulatory pathways, risk-based decision-making, and site management frameworks. Design and direct advanced contaminated sites investigations and remediation programs in northern and remote environments. Prepare and provide senior technical review of clear, data-driven reports that support major infrastructure, remediation, and land development projects. Mentor, guide, and empower project teams to deliver best-in-class environmental and contaminated sites solutions.
