As you engage with both unionized and non-unionized staff, you will assist the People & Culture Manager in administering HR tasks ranging from employee documentation to training project coordination. The role requires attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality while fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare documentation for fact-finding and disciplinary actions • Assist in staff training projects and development • Ensure accuracy of employee records and correspondence • Support attendance management and reporting processes • Maintain communication with union representatives as needed
Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years HR or administrative experience • Familiarity with HR practices, including disciplinary procedures • Robust organizational and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Demonstrated confidentiality and discretion in HR matters
