Lake Country Co‑op – Pump Attendant (Part‑Time)

Location: Spiritwood, Saskatchewan.

About the Role

Reporting to the C‑store Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions that support Lake Country Co‑operatives vision, mission, and safety principles.
- Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Perform pump island and in‑store service: serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
- Ensure safety is held as the highest priority.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times.
- Apply knowledge and understanding of the pumps and propane systems.
- Receive, price, and display merchandise as specified by the team leader.
- Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements

- Work unsupervised and plan and organize your own work.
- Be honest, trustworthy, results‑oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
- Meet physical job requirements: standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20–25 pounds regularly.
- Perform in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certifications.
