In this role at RGA Fun Memory Care, you will not only plan engaging activities but also assist residents as needed. Your role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for residents living with disabilities or dementia through tailored social services and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan engaging activities that resonate with residents
• Facilitate mobility and participation among residents
• Promote active lifestyle choices and event attendance
• Collaborate with the Fun Manager on event planning




• Build supportive relationships with residents and families
Requirements:
• Experience in the healthcare or hospitality sectors
• Recreation or relevant community engagement certification
• Compassionate understanding of elderly care
• Valid Class G/Class 5 driver’s license required
• Current CPR/ First Aid and Safe Food Handler’s certification
