We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit Lumper Associates for on-call shifts in Dartmouth, NS. This role involves loading and unloading products and materials in a warehouse workplace, assisting with inventory movement, and supporting general warehouse operations as needed. This is a casual, on-call position, so flexibility and availability are essential.

What you'll do

- Load and unload freight, products, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location.
- Consult order forms daily to pick the appropriate product for each order in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Perform other warehouse and general labour duties as required.

What you'll bring

- Previous experience in a warehouse, loading/unloading, general labour, or a similar role.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work,



including lifting and moving heavy items throughout the shift.
- Availability to work on a casual, on-call basis when shifts become available.
- Your own high-visibility safety vest and CSA-approved safety boots (additional PPE may be required depending on the site).
- A dependable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude.
