Part‑Time Core Sales Associate

Location: Pandora @ Vaughan Mills.

We’re looking for a passionate, customer‑focused associate who will deliver a world‑class experience, exceed sales goals, and consistently engage and attract our fans.

- Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through product knowledge and loyalty building.
- Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting relationships.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to support smooth, on‑brand operations.
- Consistently deliver on KPIs and be cross‑trained across store functions, mentoring new team members.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 1 year in a high‑performance selling environment.




- Robust communication skills, demonstrating care in both written and verbal interactions.
- Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.
- At least 18 years old, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand extended periods, lift 50+ lbs.
- Consistent schedule – at least 20 hours per week preferred; usually up to 12 hours per week, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks and not exceeding 30 hours per week.
- Reliability: scheduled during peak or critical shifts, including weekends.
