We are looking for an Education Assistant for the 2026-27 school year to work flexibly with grades 6-9. This position involves 10-20 hours per week, depending on student needs. Your role will include fostering effective learning habits and collaborating closely with families and the support team.

Key Responsibilities:



• Mentor students to address academic and emotional needs • Promote positive study habits and skills • Tailor learning experiences based on student abilities • Work alongside the Case Manager to personalize education • Support IEP goals in conjunction with the learning team

Requirements: • Background in education or working with youth • Certification in Educational Assistance preferred or in progress • Alignment with the organization's foundational beliefs • Excellent organization and critical thinking skills • Technological proficiency across various platforms
