Train staff, Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines, Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Other Specific Skills: · Demonstrate extensive understanding of the Oracle HCM hire-to-retire lifecycle, with experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations. · Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Core HR and/or Benefits solutions, encompassing planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. · Conduct requirements and design workshops, offering direction on solution architecture and best practices, while managing risks and stakeholder communications to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and operational needs. · Oversee project scope, track key milestones, manage risks, and provide executive status updates. · Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support, to ensure strong user adoption and successful business outcomes. · Lead cross-functional teams across testing, data conversion, integration(mapping, data extraction and cleansing), technical, and functional workstreams to ensure quality delivery, timely issue resolution, and achievement of project milestones. · Manage the overall test strategy and execution plan, including unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
· Manage the post-go-live hypercare phase, ensuring timely resolution of issues, change requests and stable user adoption. ·
Solid practical understanding of delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. · Certifications across various Oracle modules. · Project Management Professional Certification.
