As a Spa Receptionist you'll be the welcoming face of the spa - overseeing the reception area, managing phone inquiries, and providing warm, attentive service to every guest. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answer all in-coming phone calls in a qualified manner according to company standards.
- Share knowledge on spa services, local activities and attractions with clientele.
- Book spa appointments (i.e. confirm treatment, time to arrive, spa cancellation policy).
- Ensure spa bookings allow for adequate break times for Massage Therapists and Aestheticians.
- Liaise with Massage Therapists and Aestheticians,



ensuring they have an updated list of their appointments.
- Welcome guests, ensure appropriate paperwork is completed. Provide product knowledge and sell spa products to clientele.
- Understand basic accounting principles, including debit and credit card transactions and maintain a cash float.
- Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).
- Work safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately.
- Additional duties as assigned to support guest and business needs.
