True North Youth Foundation is looking for responsible and fun-loving individuals to join our team as activity leaders at Camp Manitou.

The Activity Leaders will be responsible for delivering assigned programming in a safe, qualified and fun manner to camp participants on a daily basis.

This is a casual, term position and will begin in September 2026.

What to be excited for in this role:

- Deliver programming as assigned by the Programming Coordinator on a daily basis.
- Responsible for ensuring activities are set up daily and prepared for appropriate number of participants.
- Daily records of equipment use and safety checks.
- Building relationships with camp participants and ensuring they receive a fun and educational camp experience.
- Maintaining a respectful environment for all participants and staff.

What we need from you:

- Previous experience working with children and youth.
- Previous camp experience an asset.
- Current Emergency First Aid + CPR C and AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
- Must complete a Child Abuse Registry Check and Criminal Reference Check for Vulnerable Populations prior to start date.




- Relevant certifications in outdoor activities an asset.
- Love of the outdoors and respect for nature, maintain a respectful environment for all participants and staff.
