Aecon Group Inc. is seeking a energetic Pre-Construction Manager to lead planning, development, and execution of electrical transmission, substation, and utility projects. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage contracts, and coordinate with internal departments and regulators. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of leadership in transmission projects, Red Seal or equivalent, and strong negotiating and budgeting skills. This role requires travel to various site locations.
