Okanagan College seeks a Student Teaching Assistant focused on course migration from Moodle to Brightspace from September to December 2026. This part-time role is perfect for dedicated students eager to support their peers.
This non-regular on-call position is available exclusively to OC students who have completed a minimum of 48 credits in a Business Administration program. As a Teaching Assistant, you will review course content, assist with the course migration process, and onboard faculty and students to the new system, all while maintaining a GPA of 75% or above.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support migration of courses to Brightspace
• Review existing courses against new content
• Report and assist with technical discrepancies
• Assist in onboarding faculty and students
• Take on additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Must be a current student enrolled in Business Administration
• At least 48 credits completed with 75% GPA
• Solid grasp of relevant subjects
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Confidentiality must be upheld in all tasks
