Your responsibilities will include staff supervision, participant communication, and ensuring operational excellence to enhance guest experiences. Commitment to weekend and holiday availability is essential to support tournament schedules successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate youth and adult hockey tournaments of various sizes
• Supervise part-time staff and volunteers on tournament weekends
• Ensure adherence to governing body rules throughout events




• Maintain and update tournament documentation and websites
• Analyze participant feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Proven leadership skills and experience in events
• Familiarity with hockey rules and tournament operations
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Valid driver’s license and versatile availability for weekends
