Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee the scheduling practices of the Schedulers team • Create and maintain instructors' schedules daily and seasonally • Work with managers on staff deployment allocation • Address complex scheduling issues and make staffing decisions • Foster accountability and service excellence within the team

Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's preferred • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Experience in workforce planning or administrative roles • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Preferred knowledge of Ski & Ride School operations
