This top notch team consistently surpasses client expectations and we are looking for someone who is ready to embrace Normac’s customer service to the highest standards.The RoleWorking from home, and 1x per month in the Toronto office, we are seeking a bright and results-driven Client Services Administrator who will provide a critical role as the key interface between our clients and our appraisers.One part client concierge, one part appraiser support system, one part admin guru, the Client Services Administrator will be hands-on and integral to the growth of the company as we expand our operations across Canada. This role is the perfect fit for someone who enjoys administrative duties and working directly with clients, and also has strong attention to detail,
excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering first-class customer service.Required Education and/or ExperienceAdministration certificate or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of office administration experienceResponsibilitiesPrepare and follow up on proposals and quotes for new businessCommunicate with clients over phone/e-mail in a timely and professional manner while providing the information they require and resolving their needsDistribute appraisal reports and updates in a high volume environmentSchedule and coordinate property inspectionsPerform follow up phone calls to clients regarding renewals to maximize client retentionOrganize and maintain the company database of information in the CRM softwareLearn, understand and utilize new automation procedures as they are rolled outCreate invoices for clientsEstablish a strong rapport with clients and colleaguesWork with the team to ensure that monthly report deadlines are being metCollaborate with the team to continually strive to increase efficiencyCreate customer loyalty by going above and beyond to ensure customer retention and new business developmentUphold Normac customer service to the highest standardsSkills and QualificationsExcellent organization and communication (verbal & written) skillsA passion for customer service and exceeding client expectationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a teamExcellent attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines without compromising quality or accuracyExceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasksThrives in a fast-paced,
