Proven experience in managing large-scale residential projects is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts
• Control costs through effective procurement strategies
• Manage subcontract negotiations and agreements
• Administer contractual notices and records
• Identify risks and produce monthly cost reports
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in high-value residential construction (£30m+)
• In-depth knowledge of JCT contracts
• Excellent cost management and negotiation skills
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying preferred
• Robust analytical abilities and attention to detail
