We are looking for a results-driven Home Care Business Development & Care Coordinator. This position supports day-to-day care coordination and drives business development efforts to expand our home-care services. You will create referral partnerships, manage client intake, and ensure that caregivers are effectively coordinated, guaranteeing high service quality to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:



• Build new client relationships through community engagement • Coordinate caregiver schedules to meet client needs • Oversee client inquiries and onboarding processes • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers • Track leads and maintain detailed referral records
