This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Summer 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Upkeep and cleanliness of public areas, staff spaces, storage areas and company vehicles
- Assisting carpenters with projects
- Following all safety rules and procedures
- Maintaining all public and staff spaces
- Emptying garbage bins and maintaining the recycling program
- Monitoring cleaning supply inventory




- Snow shoveling, sweeping exterior decks, walkways and parking lots
- Horticultural maintenance of flower beds and raking
- Assisting maintenance as required
- Ensuring that each customer interaction is friendly and skilled

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Customer service skills
- Proven ability to work within strict policy/procedures and guidelines
- WHMIS knowledge and cleaning experience an asset
- A clean Driver’s License required; BC Class 4 Commercial License an asset

The starting wage for this role is $20.00/hour.
