The Seasonal Operations Support provides administrative and logistical support for the Retail Store Operations Staff.

The role is expected to start in or around late September 2025 and end by January 2026. Flexibility is needed to work non-traditional hours, especially nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

- Enter sales at POS.
- Answer and properly direct all incoming calls.
- Assist on the sales floor when all tasks are completed or as necessary to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Maintain consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards reflecting current visual guidelines and priorities.
- Assist Sales and Operations team in wrapping client packages.
- Assist Sales and Operations team with cleaning client jewelry.
- Assist Operations team with restocking store packaging materials (Bags, Boxes, Pouches, Ribbon, Folders).
- Assist Operations team with restocking store stationary (POS Paper, Repair Forms, Receipt Envelopes).
- Assist Operations team with unwrapping David Yurman Bags for easy access.




- Assist Operations team in assembling DY Pocket Folders.
- Help package and ship client packages.
- Inventory office supply needs.
- Inventory packaging and stationary needs.
- Identify client jewelry repairs.
- Maintain a clean jewelry case line.
- Organize understock with Sales and Operations team.
- Participate in Inventory Serial Case Audits.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of jewelry cleaning area.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year in an operational role within a customer service environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced workplace.
- Flexible to work in various roles based on business needs (sales floor, operations, etc.).
