Responsibilities

- Work location(s): Candu offices in Port Elgin, Mississauga or Pickering
- Position type: 4, 6, 8, or 12 month paid internship
- Number of positions available: up to 5
- Work terms available: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in college or university
- Identify as an Indigenous Canadian
- High level of competency with MS Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and are adaptable to changing priorities

Employment Conditions

- Internships coordinated by OG7GES
- 37.5 hours per week with flexible start times
- Hybrid work conditions – 3 days in office and 2 days from home
- Condition of hire: pass Candu security clearance
- 1 hour per month of mentoring from OG7GES
