Part-Time Receptionist - Evenings & Alternate SaturdaysNissan of Windsor is looking for a reliable, professional Part time Receptionist to join our team.This is a limited-hours position that may be especially well suited to a student or someone looking for a small, consistent part-time schedule. Our receptionist is often the first person customers see when entering the dealership and the first person they speak with when calling, so a friendly, professional manner is important.Schedule - Please Read Before ApplyingThe required schedule is:Two weekdays each week from 3:30 p.M. to 7:00 p.M.Every other Saturday from 8:30 a.M. to 4:00 p.M.This means approximately 7 hours in weeks without a Saturday shift and 14 hours in weeks with a Saturday shift.Please apply only if you are consistently available for these hours.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming telephone callsGreet customers arriving at the dealershipDirect customers to the appropriate department or team memberProcess payments for Service customers picking up their vehicles after regular Service Department hoursAccept sales deposits and customer down paymentsGenerate and provide electronic/online payment receiptsPerform basic cashiering and payment-processing duties accuratelyPerform light administrative duties between calls, including scanning and organizing documentsMaintain a professional and welcoming front reception areaAssist with occasional basic office tasks as requiredWhat We're Looking ForClear, confident and professional spoken EnglishStrong telephone etiquette and communication skillsFriendly and professional front-desk presenceDependable and punctualComfortable speaking with customers both in person and by telephoneAccurate and responsible when handling customer paymentsTrustworthy and able to follow established payment proceduresAble to remain organized while handling interruptionsBasic computer skillsPrevious reception, cashiering or customer-service experience is helpful but not requiredThis is an entry-level position and training will be provided.Location:Nissan of Windsor, Windsor, OntarioPay:$17.60 per hourExpected hours:7.0 - 14.0 per weekApplication question(s):Are you consistently available to work 2 weekdays 3:30pm to 7pm and every other Saturday 8:30am to 4pm?This position only offers 7 - 14 hours per week.
