Your primary duties will involve organizing and instructing activities that promote children's development in a supportive environment. You'll interact with kids and families, manage attendance and incidents, and maintain a safe space for play and learning. You may also host events to enrich the Kids Academy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct organized activities promoting child development
• Interact friendly and professionally with families
• Track child attendance and developmental incidents
• Enforce safety protocols and positive interactions
• Monitor and maintain Kids Academy facilities
Requirements:
• No GED or high school diploma necessary
• Required First Aid and CPR certifications within 60 days
• Preferred experience in teaching children ages 3-11
• Solid skills in customer service and communication
• Ability to engage children successfully in group settings
