Women's Centre of York Region is hiring an Employment & Financial Empowerment Case Manager to support clients in achieving financial stability and career goals. The role combines in-office collaboration (3 days/week) with virtual work (2 days/week) to help clients access education, employment, and resources. You will assess strengths and barriers, create individualized action plans, and provide ongoing coaching and support to move clients toward independence and improved well-being.
