The Lane School of Music is looking for an enthusiastic Studio Assistant for our front desk team. This position involves assisting students and staff, maintaining the premises, and utilizing the Asana platform for communication. You will also be responsible for preparing marketing campaigns and participating in key community events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students and faculty both on-site and via email
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of LSM facilities
• Use Asana to communicate with the administrative team
• Engage on social media and support marketing initiatives
• Help organize events like recitals and outreach activities
Requirements:
• Organized and enthusiastic approach to tasks
• Availability for scheduled Friday and Saturday shifts
• Requirements include a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Flexibility for changing weekly hours
